You will then have the chance to change your password after you enter the email associated with your DriversEd.com account.

What if I can't locate the email address I used for my account?
If you forgot the email associated with your account, try several different email addresses. Your reset information may have gone to your spam folder, so be sure to check there too!
If you're certain you have entered the correct information and still can't get into your course, contact our support team. Make sure you have the credit card you used to sign up handy!

I am locked out of my account! What should I do?
If you are locked out of your account, you will need to call our support team. We are not able to unlock accounts through email or chat. We must speak to the student or parent on the account in order to unlock the account.
