How can I check if my state offers electronic delivery of certificates?
Start by logging into your course. On your 'My Dashboard' page, you will see your chosen method of delivery and any other upgrade options available for your course.
Keep in mind that state regulations vary by course and location, so it's possible that a certificate delivery option for one course may not be available for another. We comply with all state mandated requirements thus it is not possible to add a delivery method if you do not see your desired preference!

What are the steps for getting a duplicate copy of my certificate?
If you need to order a new certificate because you never received your certificate, you've lost your certificate or you simply want anther copy, you can do so from your 'My Dashboard' page!
If you do not see the option from your dashboard, it may not be possible to order a copy yet. Some states have regulations requiring a specific amount of time to have passed before it's possible to order a new certificate.
If you do have the option in your account to order a new certificate, you will see a page that looks something like this:

How can I change my certificate delivery method?
You are able to upgrade your delivery method at any point before you finish your course. Once you complete the course, you will get a chance to ensure information is correct before your certificate is generated.
Once you complete the course, please contact our support team to review your options for altering the certificate information or delivery method.
